The Book is available for purchase live at gigs for £20.00. 
If you want to pre order yours, or  buy a it as a gift for someone attending the show, please do the following. 
Where it asks you for a name: Put in the name of the person attending the gig
Where it asks you for the address, fill in the venue and the town/city. 
 
This means the book will be waiting at the venue ready signed!!
